We provide free standard shipping for all orders over ₹1000 within India. Orders below ₹1000 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹50. The exact amount will be shown during the checkout process.

3. Order Processing:

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery:

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Generally, standard shipping within India takes 3-7 business days after processing. The time duration will vary based on your pincode location.

5. Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

6. International Shipping:

At this time, Hey Pets ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials.
